The events sign-ups are posted here! You may check back here to confirm that we have you on the list for a certain project or event. If you would like to sign up for an event, you may do so at the bottom of the page. Please make sure you include all the information required and write the date of the event, the event name, and which shifts you would like to attend. You can still sign up for an event, even if it's full; you will be put on standby. If you are coming late, also include the expected time you will arrive, this will have an impact on whether you are selected for the project or not. You can definitely sign up for multiple projects or events, just put them all in in the event box in one submission. Thanks!!!
UH Concession-25 Apr 2025 (Friday)
Report time: 4:00pm. We will be manning the Dippin Dots Stand at the Stan Sheriff Center. We will need 3 volunteers. Reminder uniform is club t-shirt, long pants that covers the ankles and covered shoes.

Maemae Elementary School Family Night-2 May 2025 (Friday)
Location: Maemae Elementary School, there will be two shifts: 2:45-4:45pm and 4:30-6:45pm. Will be supporting either game or food booths. We are looking for up to 16 volunteers, this is first come first serve since this is open to the public and requires on-line registration.

Nuuanu Elementary School Family Fun Night-9 May 2025 (Friday)
Location: Nuuanu Elementary School, there will be two shifts: 4:00-6:15pm and 6:00-8:15pm. We will be manning the game booths, currently it is first come first served for sign-up's, there are 20 volunteer spots for shift #1 and 38 volunteer spots for shift #2. This is an on-line registration and is open to the public.

Rider Redemption-16 May 2025 (Friday):
Rider Redemption, time 2:05-2:45pm, volunteers will be given a pass to help with setup and distribution at the Senior Patio and Auditorium. We will need eight volunteers, four at each site, to help with the redemption.

Lantern Floating Hawaii-26 May 2025 (Monday-Holiday):
Lantern Floating Hawaii Ceremony. Location Magic Island/Ala Moana Beach Park, time: 3:30-8:30pm (approximate end time). We will be assisting the ceremony by taking the lanterns from trucks to waiting canoes and pick them up from the canoes at the end of the ceremony. Between that we may be asked to assist in other areas if needed, example if someone needs helping to float the lantern, we may help float it for that person. We will need ten volunteers. There will be a Volunteer Check-in tent at Magic Island.

Going Green Recycling-7 Jun 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 8:30-11:00am at the Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center. We will be helping to off-load cars that are dropping off recyclables.

Jikoen Hongwanji Mission Bon Dance-19 Jul 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 4:30-10:00pm at the Jikoen Hongwanji Mission (1731 N. School Street) across from Kapalama Elementary School and diagonal from the Kamehameha Shopping Center. We are looking for 12 volunteers that will be primarily assisting with the janitorial duties or possibly with games/crafts.
